Orange City Fire Prepares for Severe Weather

Orange, California, February 20, 2024 – The Orange City Fire Department, in collaboration with other Orange County agencies, has established a Type 3 Strike Team to prepare for the ongoing storm events. This OES Type 3 Strike Team will be stationed in Orange County until Wednesday evening to promptly address any storm-related emergencies.

Residents are advised by the Orange City Fire Department to remain vigilant for potential flooding and avoid driving through flooded roads or standing water with uncertain depths. Sandbags are available for pickup at the Orange Water Department facility on 189 South Water Street.
